Prices and checkout are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is processed through the secure Shopify checkout.
Checkout total
Review the final item prices, applicable discounts and taxes before placing an order. Standard Shipping within Canada is free, with no minimum amount. We currently do not offer international shipping.
Payment details and authorisation
Provide accurate billing information. The payment provider may request verification or place an authorisation hold. A pending authorisation is not necessarily a second completed charge. Use the order confirmation and your payment provider's record to check the payment status.
Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment fails, check your details and available funds, or contact the payment provider. Before trying again repeatedly, check for an order confirmation or pending transaction. For a possible duplicate charge, email support@sajeqvx.shop with the time, amount and order reference, without sending a full card number.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after a returned item has been received and reviewed. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the funds. See the Returns & Refunds policy for eligibility and merchant-paid approved return arrangements.
Protect your payment information
We do not ask you to email full card numbers, security codes or passwords. Payment information is handled by the checkout and payment providers. Contact our store if a payment request appears unusual.
