Using this store

These terms govern your use of sajeqvx.shop and purchases through this store. You must have the legal capacity to enter a purchase contract in your jurisdiction or have appropriate permission from a responsible adult. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. If you create an account, protect its credentials and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use.

Products, information and availability

Read the product description, size or format, ingredients and directions before choosing an item. Follow product labels and safety instructions. Product photographs and screen colours may differ slightly from the physical appearance. We aim to show accurate information, but may correct errors or omissions. Availability and displayed inventory can change. Product descriptions do not replace advice from a qualified professional where such advice is needed.

Prices and orders

Prices are in CAD. Applicable discounts, tax and shipping are shown at checkout before you submit an order. An order acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance or availability. We may decline or cancel an order for an actual stock shortage, payment issue, suspected fraud, inaccurate details or a material listing error. Where a correction affects your purchase, we will contact you and explain the available options. Any payment taken for an order we cancel will be returned through the relevant payment method.

Delivery, returns and payment

Our Shipping policy provides Canadian delivery details: free Standard Shipping, normal processing of 1–2 business days, transit of approximately 4–6 business days after dispatch, and a normal combined estimate of approximately 5–8 business days. These are estimates.

Our Returns & Refunds policy provides 30-day eligible returns or exchanges, merchant-paid approved return shipping, no restocking fee and approved refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and review. See the Payment policy for payment assistance.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not misuse this site, interfere with its security or operation, submit misleading information, commit fraud, infringe intellectual property, transmit malicious code or use the service for unlawful purposes. Site materials and product names may be protected by their respective rights holders. Access does not give permission to reuse protected content beyond lawful personal use.

Third-party services

This store uses Shopify and other service providers to support checkout and related operations. Third-party websites and services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Review them when relevant; we cannot guarantee the content or availability of external websites.

Responsibility and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that could not reasonably be anticipated or for interruptions outside our reasonable control. No limitation excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not reduce mandatory consumer protections, statutory warranties or rights for defective or misdescribed goods.

Applicable law, updates and contact

These terms are interpreted under applicable Ontario and Canadian law, subject to any mandatory protections available where you live. We may update these terms for future use; changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
